Take advantage of some of the attached sponsorship opportunities that may include the booth fee and complimentary advertising based on the level of sponsorship selected. We hope this offers greater visibility of your company and its products and services.

 

The NECCD needs your support for the 72nd Annual Training Institute. Only through the generous support of the private sector can the NECCD maintain its high standards. In addition to the options listed below, companies are encouraged to devise their own creative options in support of the Institute. You may purchase the entire event or buy partial sponsorships by co-sponsoring with another vendor. The following sponsorship opportunities are in addition to exhibit booth fees.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP $5,000

 

Includes:

• (Full page ad) Advertisement in Program Book available to all participants and guests.
• 1 year link to our improved web site at www.NECCD.org
• Recognition of company at the opening session and awards luncheon
• Signage with your logo and sponsorship throughout the exhibitor area
• Prime location within the exhibitor area
• Opportunity to present in a private demonstration
• Post-conference list of participants

 

GOLD SPONSORSHIP $2,500

 

Includes:

• 1/2 Page Advertisement in Program Book available to all participants and guests
• 6 month link to our improved web site at www.NECCD.org
• Recognition of company at the opening or luncheon
• Signage with your logo and sponsorship in the exhibit area

 

Individual Sponsorship Opportunities

 

1. Exhibitors Social (each)                                                                                      $2000

Two events, one on Sunday and the second on Monday 4:30 - 6:30 in the exhibit area.
Hors dÕoeuvres and refreshments will be served. Sponsor will be introduced and given a few minutes to make a few comments. Signage will be displayed at each event recognizing the sponsor.

 

2. Sunday or Tuesday Evening Social                                                                   $1500

Sponsor an evening out of the resort with a DJ/Karaoke for entertainment and refreshments of Hors d'oeurves and Desserts. Signage will be displayed at the break recognizing the sponsor.   

 

3. Monday Evening Social                                                                                       $1000

Sponsor an evening in the resort with a DJ for entertainment and refreshments of Hors dÕoeuvres and Desserts. Signage will be displayed at the break recognizing the sponsor.

 

4. Morning or Afternoon Breaks (each)                                                                 $1000

Morning or Afternoon breaks provide coffee, tea and soda for workshop participants each day. Sponsors may choose Monday or Tuesday or both. Signage will be displayed at the break recognizing the sponsor.

 

5. Nametag Lanyards                                                                                                $1000

Put your name around the neck of every Institute participant. Lanyards are nylon straps with your company name printed on the strap that attach to the name badges. All attendees are required to wear their badges to all events.

 

6. Refreshments Coupons                                                                                       $100 / 15 coupons

Each exhibitor has an opportunity to buy coupons for drinks at the Hilton Mystic at the Aquarium. The coupons can be used at any social event, restaurant or bar at the hotel. Exhibitors may distribute the coupons as they wish. Coupons will be sold in 15 coupon increments. Please indicate the number of coupons requested.
