Our Mission

Who Are We?

Our membership in the council is composed of practitioners, supervisors, administrators, officers, volunteers, and employees of all agencies and organizations engaged in the practice, study, planning, or administration of any phase of crime and delinquency; including those in prevention, law enforcement, institutional treatment, probation, and parole whether such agencies be publicly or privately supported, including citizens interested in these areas. New England Council on Crime and Delinquency is committed to community safety through realistic and effective programming for crime and delinquency prevention, offender rehabilitation and reintegration.
